REMINDER TO HAVE ALL EMPLOYEES ACQUIRE A FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATE OR A FOOD SANITATION LICENSE IF NOT DONE SO ALREADY.
FOLLOW-UP IN REGARDS TO THE ISSUE WITH THE DOOR AT LAST INSPECTION. DUE TO TIME NEEDED TO MAKE REPAIRS, FOLLOW-UP WAS CONDUCTED DURING THIS INSPECTION. DOOR HAS NO GAPS ABOVE OR ANY NEW GAPS. NO FURTHER FOLLOW-UP IS NEEDED AT THIS TIME.
